Author Shirley B. Novack on her Book "The Story Of..."

"Anything is possible" says The Story Of... Author Shirley B. Novack, a first generation daughter of Polish and Russian immigrants whose book focuses on the life of Jacob Kalinsky, a child whose father sent him to live in a brothel after his mother died. The shame and hardships he faced developed his grit and resilience and brought him to America and to a new life. Shirley's own life's path led her from laboratory science to interior design to a successful career in writing. Check out our podcast and her book.
